Our Mission
The PRC is a Christ-centered ministry, committed to upholding the Sanctity of Human Life by providing education and assistance in the areas of:
What does this mission look like?
Truth and grace.
This means hard conversations in the counseling room. The truth about abortion. The implications of sex outside of marriage. And a no-judgement zone for building a relationship with our fellow image-bearers.
Practical assistance.
When women know there are supportive friends ready to walk alongside them during and after their pregnancy, they are more likely to see the life growing inside them as a gift – and walk confidently in their calling as mothers.
Education.
It often starts with the image of a heartbeat flickering on the sonogram screen. It continues with classes and feedback from our mentors who pass on their own parenting wisdom. Our moms also learn from one another in group classes, how to build and lean on their community.
Prevention.
Our abstinence-based sexual health program is brought to local schools in an effort to teach a countercultural message to teens: you’re worth the wait. Encouragement and truth lay the foundation for healthy decision-making.
