What We Offer
Free medical services along with compassionate assistance makes the PRC a unique safety net for women and their families.
No-cost care when it’s needed most.
From pregnancy tests and sonograms to ongoing support and education, we can ease burdens while offering tools for success.
Medical
Women can receive a free lab-quality urine pregnancy test, followed by a free limited OB ultrasound (with a positive test). All ultrasounds are reviewed by our Medical Director (M.D.). Referrals are provided for OB care, STI testing and other services such as professional counseling, as requested.
Education
Clients who participate in our Earn While You Learn program take classes both in-person and online with BrightCourse. These evidence-based classes are created and reviewed by medical professionals and are taught from a Biblically aligned perspective. Class materials are reviewed with a PRC mentor to provide feedback and address client questions. Topics include pregnancy, birth, parenting, positive relationships, life skills and healthy sexuality. Group classes are also offered to parents who want to learn alongside other moms and dads.
Material Aid
Clients can exchange points from the Earn While You Learn program for baby and mom necessities such as diapers, wipes, bedding, baby clothing, bath supplies, and maternity items. These items are largely donated by the community. (Read more about items we distribute in our Mom and Baby Boutique.)
We work closely with clients to meet them at their point of need.
We connect women and families with other community agencies and programs that target their specific needs. Some clients may require more intensive case management services and direct support. Discretion is used with donor funds to ensure clients are served in a way that honors our mission and respects the integrity of the individual.
